Were are shuttle busses located who take the travelers directly to the hotels ? In heraklion it's right in front of the airport but it will be my first time arriving in chania airport this August

Hi there, KTEL busses (public) are in front of the Airport. I'm not sure about private busses though. I suspect they will be in front of the entrance too, but better ask the hotels or operators who organize the shuttle service.
