- ---I was overwhelmed with the abandoned house before my eyes. The trees are luxuriant and dense. The house is 100 years old but has been abandoned for 30 years. Our group is very afraid of snakes because this place is an ideal habitat for cobras. Sawing trees, cutting down trees, cleaning up... We completed this job in one day with the help of the homeowner and those around us.

It must have been palatial when new! The roof & pillars need repairs but the floor & walls are still solid. A power wash, some new windows & doors & it could look like new. You did a fantastic job of clearing it out after 30 years! Well done!
I think a power wash would destroy it. The construction is exclusively plaster over brick or wood, and the staining goes deep. I’m sure they have appropriate techniques for the situation, though.
