I definitely like your editing style when it comes to entire matches but I think you’d really benefit from making compilation style videos where you just cut up clips of you actually reacting or saying something, the dead space of just gameplay no commentary tends to become uninteresting because it’s standard gameplay, viewers can watch anybody play the game, try to show what’s special about YOU playing, whether that’s crazy clips or an entertaining clip of you being you. I’m obviously not an established creator or anything you don’t have to listen to me at all but that’s just what I’m getting from watching from a viewer perspective, I hope this kind of feedback is helpful to your journey

I watch all of my videos at least 3-4 times before and after I post, so trust me I know what you mean! I’ve been trying to figure out how to effectively post gaming content while mixing in my personality, and I must say it’s probably the hardest thing for me. I don’t think it’s possible for me to commentate throughout the entire video while focusing on my in game kills and such. Obviously I’ve tried different styles and I’ve asked my community which type of videos they preferred. The ones that voted told me the current ones that I’m posting and I had others say post what’s more comfortable for me. If you want you can check out some videos I made a month ago to get a glimpse of that content. Also I don’t wanna “fake” reactions or conversations so I’d rather not force myself to produce such content. When it comes to compilations, I feel like I’m doing that already. I may not be going from kill to kill immediately after all the time but I feel like some people would like to watch what happens leading up to or after kills/deaths plus my facial reaction to such things. Like I said though, I’m open to feedback and if that’s something people don’t wanna see I’m down to post a community poll to get everybody’s opinion! Thanks for the detailed feedback🖤.
@@ImBetterFPS yeah it can definitely be hard to just sit there and hold a conversation by yourself while tryna lock in on a game. Something that could really help is playing with other people because that’s extra voices to fill dead space and also extra content if they hit a clip or say something entertaining/ fuel a conversation. Also I don’t mean you have to fill an ENTIRE match with you just straight talking but you can always just chop things up, like you should record for a few hours and instead of posting just your best games post the whole session different clips of you talking about things and you doing good across multiple matches. Idk if any of that makes sense but the best comparison I could make to your content is faze jev, he plays alot of different games but it’s basically the same thing you’re doing, he’s just sitting there in front of a camera playing a game, his videos just seem more tight nit because it’s 100% action whether that’s him talking or important gameplay I think I’d be helpful if you tried to chop up entire game sessions like that instead of just a few games
@@ImBetterFPSalso as far as the compilations I get where you’re coming from, all those edits between kills / during some kills is actually what I was saying looked really good edit wise in the first comment, but I feel like after awhile you’re gonna start loosing people’s attention span because there’s a lot of time spent with no talking and gameplay that’s not super thrilling, all that is stuff people can see in any other gameplay too you should try to limit the videos to parts of the match where you’re getting a bunch of kills in quick succession or talking about whatever
