  • In the MS in Learning & Organizational Change at Northwestern University, all students take "Designing Sustainable Strategic Change" with co-instructors Jeannie Olson and Dorie Ellzey Blesoff. Among the readings is the text by William Bridges, Managing Transitions. This video summarizes Bridges' three stages of transition and leadership actions that enable more effective psychological adjustment to change events. It is used in the hybrid (alternative schedule) version of this course.
MSLOC provides a cross-disciplinary approach to strategic change, learning and performance, strategy and knowledge management. It provides innovative opportunities for students to develop competencies in design, consulting, and leading change.

Excellent video on the subject but, sheesh, that background music is annoying.
