I just replaced my 2008 Honda Element driver side window regulator following your amazing and well done video. Your video was one of the best and covered everything needed to get the job done. Thank you so much and again an excellent video.

DONT FORGET TO: when rolling up the window, hold the button up for 5 seconds then roll it down and hold it down for 5 seconds again, that will give you auto up and down.
I now have to replace my passenger side one, I did my driver ride last yr. once they start sounding crunchy means the wires are fraying. (not good) it is an easy fix.
Like I say each time TY for sharing yoru work and making vids. Great job

That's a good tip! I seem to do these window jobs in batches. They all break one after the other.

Good job. I've done both on my E (just under 200k). Hooking up the switch to realign the window is brilliant. I struggled needlessly with that step.

Now you'll know for she the other window regulator craps out.

Good instructions. I've replaced the driver side twice and the passenger side once. one of the few things I've gotten pretty confident fixing. Onto the Knock Sensor now.

That's a fun one. I think I burned up my throw out bearing.

Good job Clint. I've had the driver's door panel off my 2003 five times so not as quick as you (chasing door lock/actuator issues). More practice next week when my shin anti-crusher (aka door checker) comes in. Laughed when you mentioned your shin issues. Still fixing SRS warning light... maybe eBay Chinese seat belt buckle will fix it fingers crossed if I trust my Harbor Freight scan tool. Mine turned 250K last month. Good luck to you.

Yea, my buckler thing has crapped out again. Time for a rematch with the bubblegum king.

So you see, eventually, if you buy parts from scrap yards and you salvage your own removed parts, your car can be its own "parts car" 😎
