I’m sure the Republic has a bright and prosperous future ahead of them, standing strong against any outside threat!

The fact that there wasn't a single SHAMEFUL DISPRAY over the Ronin hurts my soul

Would be about time , after both battletech and mechwarrior 5 concentrated on the time before the clans. Both had really great campaigns though that really made me look forward to continuations ;D A really nice touch would be to actually play jade falcons in mw6 or bt2 and be the aggressor and not the defender for once ;D

Question: I am aware of the..."clan events" on Rasalhague space but do not know whether or not there is anything left of them. (other than the people.)
2:49 Also what many forget when they make Kurita and Liao "war crimes" jokes (that word is debatable in Battletech since no house dose it any less/more than the other, despite what Davion likes to think. They only do it differently.) is the drastic changes that followed after Theodore Kurita and Sun-Tzu Liao reforms that changed their factions for the better in every way, and affected them to this day.

from the battletech wiki: While the battle was over, fighting would continue on Rasalhague. The defenders of Firebase Tyr would hold out for another month as Clan Wolf laid siege to its fortifications. Also, General Månsdottir would escape and continue leading a resistance group for almost a year before he was captured. But, in the end, both would fail and Clan Wolf would remain in control of the planet.
Ulric Kerensky quickly put Comstar mediators in place to ease the transition to Clan rule. He also filled critical administrative positions with Rasalhague personnel. Some how had been fighting against his forces just a few days before. He then placed the an old, but wily warrior, Nikol, from Epsilon Galaxy as head of the planetary government. Afterwards, Kerensky started moving his troops back to their ships in preparation for the next wave of attacks.
With a reliable government in place and his forces ready for the next assault, Kerensky would leave Rasalhague on July 25th.
The Clan Wolf victory against all odds had gained them great honor and showed up their opponents amongst the Clans. The battle also symbolized a turning point in the invasion as Clan Wolf would start to take a growing lead in the invasion's progress. Meanwhile, Ulric Kerensky's political opponents would seek to find new ways to stymie Clan Wolf further.
For the Rasalhague defenders, while the fall of Rasalhague would prove to be a major loss, the Elected Prince had escaped. Rasalhague forces would continue resisting the Clan advance for years to come.

      @@fuzzymcgee_ thanks for the information.
Even if Rasalhague's house is not my favorite one (perhaps 3rd after Liao and Kurita.) It dose saddens me that they fell as a major force.
      Again my thanks.

Basically the Rasalhague free republic essentially merged with clan ghost bear into the “Rasalhague Dominion” I think in the recent Ilclan era they got close to laying siege to Luthien

It is a bit weak that the game makers couldn't find anyone with a real Nordic accent or who could even pronounce Nordic names.
