Imagine they further expand the Thor/Asgard aspect of Marvel and make Asgard a region and/or outpost to explore and play in, along with Loki as a Villain Sector. I hadn’t thought of this until this video, but maybe even an evil Odin OLT or Raid would be insane
Most people are expecting that now after She Hulk
They’ve already said that the update will be like the Spider-Man update and only include a new hero, and no villain sector, olt, or region/outpost.
Edit: down the line we can still get those… but the chances are slim since their focus is on other matters.

You do know there is not new missions and story if you played Spider-Man dlc it’s like that it’s a hero event it’s lazy and we gave feedback about it last time and they still did another one it’s sad
@@aaronvasseur6559 no you're missing a lot of info, spidey was done like that cause he was ps exclusive, she hulk was supposed to be out in march along with her story and marvel games delayed it to August to match up with her delayed tv show. So they had a small window of time, it takes months to craft brand new heros which is why they used assets from another hero, we know the boss fights are next month as well. It wasn't lazy it was extra content we wouldn't have gotten otherwise

Okay I was sceptical at first when I heard Jane Foster would be the new playable character but this has me excited, I hope this means Asgard will become a Hub/Playable map!

@@darthquzzie1889 Oh, I think it is probably just an event like Spidey. I’m just saying that if that is the case, they should still bring in Loki & Odin. We have two Thor’s in the game soon, and a side mission that already hinted at Loki. Now this intro for Jane Foster. Just seems like there’s so much Asgard & Thor themed references that they should expand on that! Not to mention that Loki is a big Marvel villain and would draw in new players

I really want Moon Knight to join in this Most Anticipated and Must-play AAA Superhero team-up video-game titled Marvel's Avengers because Moon Knight is an Avenger too so there is so many chances to make a, first debut.
Thought they gave up on us (day ones) there for a sec. This is a nice surprise. Was expecting Doctor strange but….keep adding & can we please get some new villains, sectors, story missions etc.

What I love about this is... finally a character with a backstory that isn't connected to AIM! :))
Also, Jane has the BEST iconic outfit among the Avengers in the game.

I'm guessing AIM's tampering with Cosmic energy was more far-reaching than I thought, maybe the fight with Monica not only affected the Future Wastelands but also made a wormhole connecting the Avengers universe with this Jane Foster's universe, I mean Nick Fury said taking the cube away from Monica gave him the opening to escape the grim future and go back to the present. I'm just grasping at straws for story explanations here.
I’m guessing that AIM’s meddling with the Cosmic Cube also opened the door to the Multiverse. When the Multiverse is concerned, there are always possibilities. ‘Nuff said.

Nice! This looks exciting. Maybe one day can we also get Asgard as a new region/outpost in the game to explore. Frost giants would make a cool new enemy group, and Loki and evil Odin being teased it is easy to picture more Thor-themed expansion in the future. This looks very cool and makes me want to see it in the actual game! Loki and evil Odin and villains in Asgard. I imagine Asgard would be just as interesting and detailed to explore as Wakanda is

For everyone saying having two Thor's is too much, it's not. They are still developing other characters who they couldn't release even if they were finished, so having something to tie us over while giving them an easier to make character is great, plus the moveset is said to be completely original so I'm looking forward to it

As well as your right this game needs general changes idk bout free roam and all that but I do agree that this game needs more shit in it - this however does at least show this game is still being supported despite people saying this game is dead .A good thing for this game in general even if it’s not a lot of content it’s still content

When more story content gets added it is always impressive really looking forward to this addition. This is hopefully the start of regular updates that expand the world and the addition of playable heroes and villians to fight. And something cool I like to see would be themed outfits like an asgard style avengers for example kate bishop in valkyrie style armour
Not hating on the game but the "asgard" outfits will most likely be just reskins with gold. I think like you see in the trailer with her version of the avengers.
@@WHITExTRASH101 probably color reskins they did it with hawkeye, but if players throw ideas they want to see it might happen...maybe, valkyrie kate was based elevator dialogue, not holding my breath for it, but thor colors on other avengers might be cool.

Please give us new areas to explore in this update. This will be a big missed opportunity if we’re not able to explore Asgard or some other realm. Having the cinematic as a slideshow of drawings already makes the update seem cheap. The issue isn’t the lack of heroes, it’s the lack of a story that makes sense. Having us do random challenges isn’t a story or new content.
They're next hero was shehulk but her and her story was delayed by marvel games to coincide with her tv show, so they had time to make jane, theres no asgard or anything like that. The games story is continuing next month with two boss fights monica and modok and after shehulk it's no more single player bullcrap all story will be multiplayer content

If the game was more successful I would fully expect a multiverse Asgard new area exapnsion, Dark Dimension, etc. At least we get some new free content. I think the game had a good run and we should put it to rest now. This genre on in general is kinda dying anyway. There is hardly any excitement for the new Gotham Knights game and it is kinda the same sort of game type.
only expansions bring new areas. Next big extension is rumored to be captain marvel and kree war.
@@VanSanProductions Thor and Hulk was the most enjoyable for me but yea I agree. Sadly. If the game wasn't a live service and had more sp content for me it would be highly repayable. The destiny genre and live service titles ruined it at least for me. They have little to no content and do not offer a decent story with multiple branches.
This might be a huge stretch but seeing Odin with an axe… Storm Breaker? Maybe with some of Thors suits? Please? Also I really want a Doctor Strange with this game, he could have so many types of abilities he’s literally perfect for a game like this, and I don’t care if he has a story or not, I just want to play as him
Stormbreaker is Beta Ray Bill’s hammer, not an axe that was an MCU creation.

I was a huge supporter of this game and loved the narrative but the Spider-Man update was what lost me. The plot is good but the gameplay was never improved upon and Spider-Man’s gameplay felt awful compared to the others. I want a reason to go back and enjoy the game again but in a game that needs variety adding a second Thor seems like a terrible decision. The roster can be big and all but when you prioritize two Hawkeyes and two thors before adding completely new characters to shake things up you’re just padding your roster. They need to do more like black panther, he was extremely fun to play as. Really hope they give me a reason to redownload the game but unfortunately this isn’t it
