It's not even abusive, just dependent. Cartman is neglected by his mother, and seeks attention from Kyle, he doesn't care if it's negative or positive. He isn't actually a nazi, sexist, ect, he just wants attention from anyone. It's also implied his mother is anti-semetic, sexist, and racist, and tells him about these things.
