I used to watch your tutorial videos for a world I had, I lost it due to file corruption when switching consoles, it said I needed to go onto the Xbox I created the world on to fix it but I’d already sold it 😢. Now I just don’t have the time to play Minecraft anymore with work etc.

Hey JC! Such a cool video, loved it! I also had a question on the emerald/totem farm. I have placed the 3 blocks under the lava inside the drop chamber to prevent ravagers from coming down but now and then I have 1 or 2 of those in the kill chamber and it halts my loot from coming in. Do you know how I could fix this? Thank you so much 😊
I had to use a bucket of lava in the corner held up by 3 signs right above the trident killer. It kills the ravagers and doesn't ruin your AFKing. BUT, I'm not sure if the lava will interfere with looting 3 and getting emeralds. I AFK'd for 11 hours and got 3.5 double chestfuls of emeralds... The ravager coming down the chute is a problem in this and his other raid farm.. I scanned the comments but nobody seems to have a solution.
Please remake these farms after 1.21 update it would be really helpful

@@Skye-Violet-Snow Probably some time in June. What I meant was AFK raid farms were gone due to having to drink the bottle between the times.

i hope youll remake this farm on the new update cause, the bad omen effect wont be easy to get anymore
It's not going to work in 1.21 because pillager captains will drop a bad omen potion, not a bad omen effect
Bad omen potions can just be consumed, so it just adds another item and step to the raid farm procedure
@@LunarDaRati am pretty sure they are changing it so that the raid mobs will spawn at the spot where u were standing while drinking the potion

He doesn’t play on controller if he did he would have these buttons on the screen that says mine place hit invetory
@FuriousGuy1234 you can turn them off I'm thinking of switching because aiming with a bow is kind of hard on controller

Question. Made this farm on a realm with my friends and it works flawlessly. Only thing im wondering is if other people use the farm, will they get the bad omen by flipping on the lever even though i placed the trident? I seemed to be the only one getting the bad omen when testing it out.
I think that's the truth because I've done the entire thing but my friend did the Trident but when she's not online I don't get the bad omen
I’m having an issue where a raid mob will spawn directly on the villager and I’m sure I have followed the tutorial and placed every block as you have

Tbh theres no point in making this because of the next update breaking all auto raid farms
@NanBeno60 u want something thats update proof also duplication glitches are being patched eventually and the raid farms being broken I mean the afk factor of them

Hey guys can someone answer this question. I assume that the person who threw the tidrent gets the bad omen only because I've tried to use it while my friend was gone and got nothing
Yes bro the player who throws tidrent in the kill chamber will get bed omen only. If your friend want it then he have to remove the tidrent and throw it in the kill chamber himself . which will give bad omen to him as he threw the trident .
So i have a question. I can't seem to get xp
May be because the tidrent in the kill chambers are not yours not sure .... May this solve the issue ignore if i am wrong sorry 😅
Raid farms will supposedly not work in 1.21 anymore.
In a lot of my farms the trident keeps falling thru the floor and the hopper minecraft despawns anyone got tips?
They are changing how raids work J
They're changing mob spawning in 1.21 so that mobs spawn in the center of blocks. Using glass to make mobs fall will no longer work.
An easy fix for this is a tripwire that activates a piston, which will push Illagers into the lower trident killer as they spawn. Same effect, but with more resources.
Smart and you could use add a snow farm

You’ll understand more about this than me but for the sake of all of us or new people saving time building things. The new bottle needed to trigger a raid. If I were to build this and go out looting for bottles for afew hours at a time would the farm still work? Im sorry if this is a silly question but I’d like to build one while also not liking the idea of not being permanent. My (JCPlayz) creeper farm made me feel like so many hours were wasted but at the same time none were. I’ve been afk at that thing on a spare PS5 since and I suggest you all do the same for stuff while you sleep. Stuff that’ll be more Grindy in future that is.
@@Skye-Violet-Snow Yes, it will still work. Just keep Ominous Bottles at the farm and, if you want to do 5 raids (example), hold 5 bottles and drink one when each raid ends. Raid Captains will drop them into the same collections system you'll find Ominous Banners in. You don't have to go hunting for them manually.
@@TheUltimateEnderling so what you are telling me is you are the best comment section helper there ever was and that JC should 1000000% pin this comment considering 99% of us think this is being fixed.
