When I hear relaxing/sleeping music looping over and over again, a lack of movement made me turn the music off last night while I was asleep. I'm very happy I found this video where there is movement and there is variations. Gotta search for videos with "no loop" (without quotes). Maybe it's because relaxing movement helps me fall asleep and relaxing loops do not.
