    Today we are going to make a super healthy sugar free fruit jelly! It is a fantastic dessert, or breakfast idea that is not only unbelievably tasty, but really healthy as well! It has a delicate, sweet, but not at all cloying taste, it is soft, fresh and juicy! 🤩 Also, what is really important are the health benefits of the dessert:
    💛 Healthy body tissues
    💛 Contains collagen, so it is really beneficial for your skin
    💛 Contains glutamic acid, a substance that may help promote a healthy mucosal lining in the stomach. This could help with digestion.
    💛 Contains lysine, which helps strengthen the bones.
    💛 Some scientists have suggested that gelatin may help promote weight loss due to its high protein levels and low calorie content.
    💛 The glycine in gelatin may improve sleep quality in some people.
    💛 May help people with type 2 diabetes manage their condition.
    And more! Now the recipe:
    ⭐ We will need a mixing bowl, a whisk, a pan and a stove, silicon molds, washed with cold water, 100 grams of water, a cane of fruit juice (I used a bio carrot and apple juice), 40 grams of gelatin (we used gelatin from the Bulgarian company Bioset).
    ⭐ Pour the gelatin and the water into a bowl, mix until no lumps are left.
    ⭐ Leave the gelatin for 15 minutes to swell.
    ⭐ Mix the swollen gelatin with a cup of juice.
    ⭐ Put on the stove to heat and dissolve, but do not boil.
    ⭐ Mix the rest of the juice with the mixture in a bowl and stir with a whisk.
    ⭐ Pour all of this in the silicon molds and leave in the fridge overnight.
    ⭐ Serve with healthy pancakes or any other serving you like.
