I fixed the BIGGEST issue on the YETI 24oz travel mug

With hundreds of reviews and more than 200 one star reviews the main issue was with the mug was that it wouldn't fit into a standard cup holder. Well, with about an hours worth of work I managed to fix the problem.

I bought a cup holder expander which inserts in the original cup holder which you can get from eBay, Amazon or ali and it works like a charm, even has a cut out for the handle.

Ooo that's nice. I might have to get one. The one I made works but I find it not deep enough for when my wife takes corners and onto two wheels lol

Or you can just purchase the YETI 20oz Rambler Travel Mug. I just got mine for Christmas and absolutely love it and was made/designed to fit perfectly in your car.

I have the 20 for that reason but my wife wanted the extra 4oz

@@RobertsInnovations Try measuring the volume difference between the 2. It's my understanding that the 24 oz mug is smaller than advertised and is closer to 20 oz. Apparently it's the only Yeti tumbler/mug that has overstated it's capacity. I think you'll find that the volume difference between the 2 is negligible, and please let us know what your findings are.

I would agree. I'm not a fan, I've switched personally to a generic one and it works pretty good
