I stay out here everything in Duluth is taxing waaay more now. Leasing consultant told me it’s cus of 2020 when everyone didn’t have to pay their rent. Their getting all that money back. everything is goin up. Some of the smallest hole in the wall apartments are starting at $1,400. Smh I’ve been out here for 9 years and ain’t never seen prices like this. Ppl say jus buy a house but that market is saturated. And it is more hard to get a house now then before. It’s to many ppl that has moved here aswell and Atlanta is collecting all the money. Duluth prices are now buckhead prices lol

Same exact thing is happening in Florida right now. Everyone is moving here/flocking after covid so they charge what they want for rent because they know people will pay anything to be here. They raised the rent of a 750 SF apartment to 2,800 😂😂😂😂. Idk where to live anymore.
2003 a 3 bedroom was $1100 so I'm sure a one bedroom was in the $800s
Lived in Duluth for 19 years. When I first moved here a 3 bedroom apartment was $1100. It blows my mind how my city has $2K apartments. Fortunate to have purchased our home before prices skyrocketed. A lot of new neighborhoods are being built up Peachtree Industrial but prices are crazy. The city is really growing

Atlantic Howell Station does have washer and dryer hookups in the units, as well as the laundromat. 😊 It's pretty quiet too.

I live in the Atlantic Howell station . Our 2 bedroom is like 1700 , the neighborhood is pretty quiet , it’s very spacious mainly the living room

These prices are headed towards nyc and someone needing 2-3 roommates to make rent every month. Really sad if someone single and is making less than 45k a year. Nevertheless wonderful videos keep it up.
I agree it’s getting out of hand. One of my first apartments I stayed in 3 years ago was $1200. Now it’s $1700 with no new renovations lol

@@blisslove3758 LOOK at my videos on youtube type in MAA at Pleasant Hill apts, If you like mold ,stray cats ,apartment break ins,car break ins,leaking hvac units,leaking ceilings,it's a list of things, I have ignored the reviews and gave these people a chance and it was the worst mistake of my life,They put the residents quality of life last and if you complain they will ignore all your complaints and retaliate against you,Don't Move Here go somewhere else,, that not only value your money but your life also.This place is the worst and it have a lot of other issues.I just don't want you to go through what I went through we are still trying to put our lives back together from this awful experience,They need to fire the property manager and get new staff In there to turn this place around.This is a Multi-billion dollar slumlord.It's looks pleasing to the eyes when they show you a model unit but once you sign that lease welcome to hell on earth.

Duluth ain't Atlanta. Its Duluth. It's 20 miles outside Atlanta or one hour driving time to downtown realistically for atl traffic
