I over heard a coach to middle schooler aged kids . Saying " your parents are disappointed in you" and "you should hang your head in shame". I've been playing hockey for 18 ish years some coaches are toxic,and kids in that end up depressed.
In fairness, donuts are excellent high calorie foods with no real substance to them which makes them ideal for making you feel full but not actually being full which is great for a hockey game.
