Yes, this is recent. It occurred last Saturday. He learned this in 2 hours before the concert. He said he knew Armenian singers could do it better but he tried his best.

Of course, «Gesi Beglari» is in itself, another of those almost criminally under-reacted to gems (that isn't a duet) in his repertoire imo - but this one for sure, just pips it at the post!😊

It will actually be 4 years ago this month that I first stumbled across my love, on what was the first reaction video I was ever tempted to click on! The title was something along the lines of, "The Best Singer In The World!" and I remember thinking, "really? well we'll see about THAT, lol!", before getting ready to sarcastically roast whoever this oh-so-amazing! singer turned out to be, in the expectation of them being above average at best...
...but to cut what's literally a sEvErAl HoUrS LaTeR story -short- -shorter- short(-ish?), that first reaction to «Opera 2» then became «SOS», which then became «Sinful Passion» which then became an «SOS» reaction, which then became another, and another, and... well, I think you get the picture!😉
What I can say for sure though, is that the same day that fate brought Dimash and I together - the 23rd of May 2019 - was the day that confirmed me as a Dimash Dear for life!😊 And I love him as much today, as I ever have - I can only hope and pray though, that some day my health and finances will coincide to fulfil the one and only item on my bucket list...
