A Glenn Lucas turning club project. Can pine be this beautiful..

Woodturning Slash pine as part of Glenn Lucas's milk paint bowl project that he assigned us to present during our Woodturning club catch-up. The piece required minimal cuts during this video, but some were not the best. I wanted to show my mistakes and how I went about rectifying them. I sped parts of the video up to make it more enjoyable to watch. I hope you like my version of the milk paint bowl. I want to be straightforward about what I know and don't know. This video gave me a great idea to try milk paint on a piece of pecan wood I’m currently working on. It’s a fairly white wood, and after seeing this, I think a dark milk paint on the outside would really make the inside natural wood pop.
