last song on their Debut EP (that outro leads directly into the intro on the EP). the whole EP is fire! 'Daughters of Witches' will melt your face, 'Broken Glass'... BASS!!, 'Glitch' is a world-class ear worm. Most bands debut is just them figuring out who they are. Freeze the Fall seems to know exactly where they want to go already. I'm totally here for them to take me on the ride!
Cold Front Forming! ❄️❄️❄️ If you're wondering if they can pull it off live, Masquerade-Live From Revelry will answer that. These three are unalloyed metalheads, their favourite bands including Make Them Suffer, Bring Me The Horizon, Children Of Bodom, The Warning, Opeth, Slipknot, Spiritbox and Deftones. I'd highly recommend checking out Daughters Of Witches next.
Thanks for supporting this great band! Their whole ep is one rocker after another, not a "skip" on it. Check out Broken Glass for the bass line, and Jonah plays blindfolded in another vid. On a technical note, your audio is quite a bit lower than the band's, to the point that I needed to adjust volume between the commentary and video sections.
Hey Wayne, Welcome to the Cold Front.❄❄❄. Yep, Kelowna BC, practically neighbors to you. Love this band. Not bad for what was supposed to be a throwaway song, written to play at a live show where they thought their other songs would be too heavy. Glad they kept it. 5th and final video from their debut EP, Thrones. Released Jul 31 ,along with the EP. All 5 videos were filmed in an unheated barn outside Kelowna, late December. Something like -7C, over 8-10 hours with multiple outfit changes. Their other songs are heavier. You mentioned The Warning, Quinn taught herself to play by listening to TW. Yes, Please check out more from them. "Glitch", "Daughters of Witches", "Masquerade" ,and "Broken Glass". Masquerade also has a recently released live version.
