Go for it Mikey dives into a life reboot, rediscovering a passion for soccer, love of writing music, ways to improve health, and more. This go-for-it-Mikey journey began in June of 2023, a year after an Achilles tear. He reached an all-time high weight of 250 lbs and felt very defeated. After discovering some life-hacks from Ben Patrick (knees over toes guy), Andrew Hubermann, Stanford neuroscientist youtuber, and others, Mikey started his reboot. Cold Plunging started in his bathtub in episode 1 and has now become a regular outdoor way to start the day. Since beginning this journey Mikey has seen a lowering of his blood pressure, improved his sleep, and metabolic stabilization.
