I have one I bought but can figure out how to get it to stand up. It was shorter to pack in the box.

There should be 2 circular pins in the base on the bottom. Twist them to release. After that push down hard on the shoulders, and he should pop up.

Push down on the shoulders and slowly raise your hands. He is spring loaded so it will glied up.
