- In this episode i fit an intake to my Nissan Micra made entirely of parts from ebay, needing little to no modification.
The engine i fitted it to is the CG13de but will also work for the the CG10de.

I'm hoping to get back there next year with a bit of luck, been there a couple of times in low powered cars and they always seem to loose time on the big hill so going to try and strip as much weight out of it as physically possible.
Looking forward to seeing how well it does.

How long is the 70mm pipe? And what size cuts
I'd been looking for the coilover video and thought I was going mad! Lol. Look forward for the updated version. I wanna start upgrading my k11. 👍
Chris Sweetleaf yeah i've made a few revisions that have made a world of diffetence. I'll do my best to get the video back up as soon as possible.
I took the car on track for the girat time yesterday and it did incredibly well considering it's basically just a standard car wuth better suspension and tyres.
Ash Done great to hear. I wanna do the same with mine. Daily driver but with light track/autosolo use. 👍
Just a thought, behind the grill was in front of the cat in the cold air flow, probably would have been better than on top of the inner wing

I´m building a K11 at the time, want a little more "extradynamics"...
It's been a while since i fitted it but it did seem to free up a little more power higher up the revs.
It wasn't a huge difference but it was definitely a noticable improvement.
If I just left a small breather filter on my car would that be ok or do I actually need to get a catch tank of some sort? And if I do need to get a catch tank where can I get one from that will fit my micra?... also love the video definitely helped me today!
It would be better with a catch tank but it's not essential. I'm still running mine with just the breather filter on it and it's been fine.

What difference does changing of the air box make? Is it for aesthetics or for performance?
Doesnt really do much for performance you might get 1 or 2bhp i think the main reason is for noise :)
Does your intake get hot at all any different to engine temperature
looking to get some nice quality wind deflectors noticed you have some nice ones on your k11, what brand and model are they? or do you have any that you would recommend? cheers
They were team heko ones and they were pretty decent for the price to be fair. I've had them on a few cars and I've never had an issue

Hi,my k11 Is running lean After the filter swap,what should i do? (Got a '96 k11 distributor One)
ur engine now had more purer air than before so its needing more fuel in the combustion to mix better with thr purer air. tune it at a garage to get the right amount of fuel/spark/air ratio
How big was the breather filter pipe??

Wait? I don't get it. How are the bends also 70mm? While they slide over. What's the adapter conversion at the filter to the pipe?
The metal pipes are 70mm outer diameter and the runner is 70mm inner diameter
@@LeadFootash23 this pipe shizzle is so confusing hahaha. I also see people using 76. I know the throttle body is 70m. Funny thing is. On my bmw. It's supposedly also 70. But my diameter of filter adapter is about 80. Guess we'll just have to see if it fits on my friends Micra 🤣
@@LeadFootash23 what happens if I remove the whole tube, I leave just the filter box open with the filter inside it ofc (I have a 2012 k13) today I really struggled with the power, the road was like i was climbing a hill, it just stopped from moving, until all the passengers were out of the car LOL.
@@kheirellahberzig2663 There wouldn't be any benefit to that at all, in fact it'd probably be worse as it'd suck hotter air in
