Those products can be reselled, even you can buy them from Alibaba wich is a page that only sells products in huges quantities so yeah, of course people buys them to sell those products. Keep on doing you resin handmades and if you resell lipglosses or else, don't be discouraged, it is your bussiness and you are making your own stuff too wich is creative and not only reselling things.

A good website to use is Wix. Itâs free to make the website itself, but you do have to pay a bit if you want to publish it. However, itâs less then a lot of other websitesđ GOOD LUCK!
Ik you said besides Etsy but Etsy is really the best option in my opinion.Shopify is not a good first option since they donât bring traffic or at least not nearly as much traffic as Etsy brings you.Start with Etsy then when you have a following go to Shopify or make your own website :)
