I’m a therapist and therapy is not always about something having to be wrong it’s a great way to get an outside perspective on certain situations because our own thoughts can be so overwhelming and debilitating. I will say take your time finding a good fit as a therapist you will not always click with therapists and that’s okay it just means you need to keep looking for someone who makes you feel fully comfortable being vulnerable!
