  • How many times have you stubbed your toe on a piece of furniture while looking for a light-switch in a dark room? Let's make that switch voice controlled. The great thing about SpeakUp click is that it works as a standalone device because it has an STM32 ARM® Cortex®-M4 MCU on it. To use it as a light switch, or as an electrical switch for any other appliance, you just have to combine it with a relay click. It will take 15 minutes to set it all up. It's ridiculously easy.

can I link multiple of these together or multiple mics to a single unit so I can put mics at key points around the room?

I want to make this. How does it get its power. Is there a USB power supply needed? Thanks

I built this and the relay led seems to indicate it is on but the light u connect to it does not switch on. I tried a light, a LED, a buzzer, all does not work. Can someone please help?

Can you unplug the mic and still use it?

How is the light connected to the laptop?

its not. that is how you program the device to recognize the voice command. once that is done it does not require connection to laptop any longer.
