BIKE: 2018, YAMAHA XSR 900 60th anniversary.
EXHAUST: Akrapovic Full System Titanium.
TIRES: BRIDGESTONE Battlax Hypersport s22.

Have a XSR700 2021 and I removed the weld point but cannot, for the life of me, get the baffle to budge. Any advice?

@@Charmarque yeah, my buddy ended up helping. But it took him hours he said. Told me that there was additional welds around the “cup” or outer part of the housing for the baffle. Eventually it came out. But, not as easy as others.

How do i place it back in when there is no treads for the screw?
you have to do it yourself, you only need a small bolt with a nut which you put into the drilled hole.
@@gasolinemoto Hi, can i use any type of bolt and nut to put the db killer back on? This is because i'm worried about the temperature, i'm thinking they might get very hot and crack maybe. I bought a tracer900 gt with akrapovic without db killer. They took it with the drill mod.
@@riff5556 Hi, Yes any kind. That’s What i’ve done and everything is fine
@@riff5556 Just use a 316 (A4) stainless bolt, nut and washer. That way it wont rust.
