    We have changed the contour of criminal case to complaint cases, what is point in hearing complaina as well as public prosecut,when only one advocate address from defence .aee we saying state prosecutor incompetent to make pi
    Ount, now we are seeing even senior advocates appearing in session court in bail, when each court has assigned prosecutor

    2024 mein sadiyo purana jurisprudence, what is relevance, there is better in arthashastra, how rustic is concerned with knowledge of facts , as facts is personal being eye witness.a well read can also manipulate as he had already been tutored by advocate before deposition

      bro at the stage of the framing of the charges they give a discharge application and delay the framing of charges for 2-3 years it was a practice which was adaopted by many of the lawyers......better you clear your basics and come for these types of content
