1) Without any blemishes or imperfections; perfect.
2) Without any mistakes or shortcomings.
Obviously Ninja is talking about the second defenition, as his game was not perfect. Ninja is justtrying to say that things worked out well for him throughout the whole game. There was nothing tragic that happened like he ran out of meds/mats/ammo etc...
