What If? The True World Tournament: All Wins & Lost Dialogue in Budokai Tenkaichi

- Every line that is said in the What If? Story: The True World Tournament from when you win and lose in the Dragon Gate Mode from Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi.
HAPPY NEW YEARS~! To the final video of this series, today we cover the probably most 'fun' and final story in the Dragon Gate Mode. You unlock some specific Dragonball characters in this, including GENERAL Tao.; And I really, REALLY like these Dragonball stories. This one is just a lot of fun to see characters interact, and for me on editing it together, happy to be able to use these songs from Raging Blast 2!
I would have never known until I edited it now, but Raging Blast 2's Japanese version, much like the Dynasty Warriors: Gundam series in Japan, recreates music from the series to be used in game! That's so cool! But I only found this out while editing this last video, so this time, I decided to go full blown nostalgia with this part. I'm really happy with how this one turned out, with this being the longest of the "What If's?" stories.
Though I do hate that this isn't an actual Tournament, and it's more fights that would be interesting. I did try to connect them LIKE a tournament, but even then it's not really possible as Krillin fights Goku, one of them has to win, which leads to Master Roshi, which Goku has to win to fight Mercenary Tao. Tao has to win against Tien and Chaoitzu then, but that also means they get killed afterwards. And Piccolo regardless is the final fight. That SOUNDS like it'll make sense, but when you actually try and write it down, it breaks down thanks to the Goku vs Krillin fight. And it'll also make Tao and Master Roshi side characters...
...or maybe that's the idea. It's the two students fighting each other, then fighting the Masters. Huh. I think I broke it down.
Tien vs Chaoitzu, leads to Mercenary Tao to challenge them. The winner, Tao, moves on.
Goku vs Krillin, leads to Master Roshi to challenge them. This time, Goku wins.
This leads to Tao vs Goku. Goku wins.
To fight the final boss, Piccolo. Regardless of who wins, it's all good.
Wow. Actually this works out in the end. How about that! Though now I really wish we saw Tao vs Master Roshi.
...ANYWAYS! I hope you've had fun! Thank you again for waiting so long, and if this is your first time going though these videos, thank you for watching! Hopefully my next project won't take so long, this is the one that was pending the most.
The tenkaichi series had so much love put into them. I love the what-if interactions and voice acting in each of the trilogy.

@@nessdbest8708 Oh definitely feel that. It's why I wanted to make this series as well after all, the idea of 'what if this happened?'. It's the fun you can have with video games that you don't get usually in an animated format.

@@locodesert2 That would be fun! I just need a good project in mind that also isn't already on CZcams. The first Budokai Tenkaichi has very little love compared to BT3 and even BT2 for obvious reasons so this as a project works. Though I have some ideas in my head.
The thing that makes this game hated is the fact the survival missions exist. They should just remove them and this game can be kinda better. Not the best but goo.
