The safety culture of today has become Information Overload and Bureaucratic Bullshit . Having someone fresh out of safety school tell a Trades person of say 35 years plus experience is a big insult to that trades person.
Just not practical in the real world is it.. making everything more confusing. S1, S2, SD.. and still not further clarity on how it’s approached and used pragmatically.. yearsss to embed such changes
