On which Region you are connected? If you use China Region then Motion Tracking exists even in standard 360. I was wondering if on EU region this 2k pro have tracking option.

How is your camera oriented.. ours is overhead and inverted on the ceiling corner... Won't track up and down just track left and right... So if someone was to pass from below or top of camera edge .. won't follow up or down just left and right.. and if the tracked person pass over a stationary pole/post it will stop following..

What is the exact model number or your camera.it shouldnt track up and down since then even a bird would take your camera off track

These cameras are okay but pretty rubbish for recognising what is and isn't a person. None of mine have this option and sometimes you have no idea what it thinks it saw. After updates some cameras won't reconnect and overall the AI in their products is sub par. Would recommend looking elsewhere honestly. I've been very disappointed by how poor the tracking is and the microphones are terrible.
