- Hi everybody, welcome back to Lorry Craves! Today I’m craving to share some self-love through brewing tea.
Today’s video is a little bit different and much slower than what I’m used to. I just want to create a space for you to relax and just enjoy the moment.
I’ve been having a lot of trouble sleeping lately because of all the uncertainty that is completely out of our hands. Sometimes, we’re so busy worrying about everything around us that we forget to take care of ourselves. We put so much pressure on ourselves to do well and failure is not an option. At times, it feels like I’ve lost touch with who I am as an individual.
Tea has always been my saving grace and the process of brewing tea helps me relax. I was inspired to create this video as a reminder that we need to make time for self love and that sometimes, we just need to stop, close our eyes, and breathe. At the end of the day, we are doing the best that we can and failure is part of the journey to get us to where we need to be. Everything will be okay.
Just breathe and relax.

Just the video I was looking for 👍🏼 thank u for the soothing video ,, is it ok for one person to drink one full pot of tea ? Also how many times a day is considered safe ?
So glad you found this helpful! It is totally okay for one person to drink a full pot of tea, most teas have lots of antioxidants and anti inflammatory properties! It's also a form of giving yourself a steady stream of energy from caffeine but that's also one thing you should consider. Teas are mostly caffeinated and you might not want to drink a full pot of tea at night if you're sensitive to caffeine. Hope this helps, and feel free to let me know if you have any more questions

My family loves tea and have all of this at home. We get them from our local Asian tea shops, as gifts, or from other countries.
