What an inspiration not only for those with disabilities but also those without disabilities.
What a beautiful story. This one brought a tear to my eye when the older gentlemen were talking about getting a hug from Matt & then said it means a lot.

I'm autistic and I went to mainstream school growing up, which was my life. When I left school I had no plans and no idea how to move forward in life. I pretty much thought my life was over at 18. I got very depressed, which was awful, but that opened up the option of starting at a mental health charity, where I've been able to make good friends, which I never thought I could do.
When you go from being a disabled child to being a disabled adult, it can take a while to find a new support structure, but with time, you'll find it.
Having a “team”, is EVERYTHING in life, more so when your mentally challenged.
Glad to see these guys coming together to help each other, you know, like a COMMUNITY.
These are the Americans we fight for.
