Welcome back Tamers! Based on the Web Novel. Annihilating the state secret Machinedramon that the Son's of Chaos were assigned to capture has caused Hacker Judge, Leon to be on the S.o.C's wanted list! Man that was such a wild battle. I love the change of music when mastemon was brought out, really shows off how well the shroud mon deck just overtook the match. (And also I need to know what that song is now)
I finally found the source of the OST used for the 1st and 2nd parts of the match

Now this is an interesting matchup:
We have Dorugoramon and Kosuke who force opponents to attack and block, while also having and free body summons from the trash.
On the other hand we have Shroudmon and Hacker Judge, utilizing and while also controlling their security. A bit of a shame they trashed Thunder Flame Crush to survive deletion by battle. (Honestly I did not expect Mastemon to be an ally of Pulsemon lol)(Also poor Kazuchi didn't have the chance to show up. Those delays were aching to be used)
In any case, both decks have shown their capabilities. Kudos to both CProtag and Paddy!

It so good to see an upload. Even better seeing this matchup. Despite trashing their security without fear paddy seemed to hold the games tempo in his hand.
But that unexpected warp from dorugreymon into dorugoramon via redirection overturned it in an instant.
So glad to see the X antibody OGs perferoming so well. Kudos for the game and Kudos too, to paddy for showing how lethal the new shroudmon package can be😆

@@CardProtagonist Yeah! Though my decklist is built on the Dorumon package. Including the Dex. Just gotta make Alphamon/Ouryumon work. Playing all 3 Dorugamon and all 4 DoruGreymon maxes out my stacks 🥰

Damn, it is so cool to see how much this game has advanced. Both of these decks needed some support, especially Pulsemon, and it looks like they are really in a nice spot now. So cool!
TBF Pulsemon REALLY needs the extra support, the fact they are giving us a Kazuchimon with pulsemon in it's text in the next set is tragic 😭
Oh man I saw all the memory boosts on yellow's side at the end and was thinking a comeback was coming, but then Sephirothmon came out. That was gnasty. I love the SoC cards, especially as an Airdramon fan.
Your videos make this game look so much fun and get me hyped to play a round myself. Love the pacing of these videos and the smooth transitions, etc. Always awesome!

That was a really sick battle between two of my favorites decks I had no idea how to put together until now, that mastemon play truly jumpscared me

My Pulsemon deck focuses more on keeping the Security at 3, and has effects that trigger when trashed from security. Still, Paddy did well
These are both decks that I've been looking forward too in the english release for awhile now. Seeing them face off like this was hype as hell! I can't wait to build both of these decks :D

Hahah! "Are you sure about that", love it! Yeah Sephiromon is amaaazing in this deck since i usually hybrid into it and evolve into Dorugreymon to force an opponent to destroy themselves and give me a free Digivolutions! 😁

Fast paced back-and-forth using lots of cards and effects looks so fun 🤩, almost like a character action or fighting game TCG version.
I've never played it before, but with the cards and effect on the screen I kinda grasp how it works. Now I need to find a way to start playing Digimon TCG 🤨🔎
If you want, there's a simulator for the Digi TCG called Project Drasil. It's mostly manual, but great! Late reply though haha

So many questions about name of music tracks used and yet not one answer, please, what are the names of the music tracks used?
Seeing the new dorumon stuff without focusing on alphamon is nice for change. I really want to do a soc build using both loogamon and dorumon, but im having trouble trying figuring out ratios.
Honestly biggest issue with trying to mix Doru and Looga is that they pursue far different gameplans.

Wrong Dorimon. The one used in the video is the BT16 one, which gives a memory when a Blocker is deleted

A good match, but I am disappointed in the lack of Pulsemon in paddy's deck.
A little disappointed that the match ended with a Zubagon Punch and a “Hybrid for game”. While not unrealistic, both cards felt like a flavor fail to me. These are scripted videos to showcase the decks, afterall, not legitimate matches necessitating the luck of the draw. Just feels like you ran out of ideas there.
That being said, the yellow deck had some nice surprises to it. I certainly didn’t expect Lynxmon or Mastemon to make an appearance, though I suppose you were likely trying to show off more of the cards from BT15 and BT16. I had expected the deck to be more “Pulsemon Tribal”, but the deck felt fairly creative and fun

It's a shame to see Bandai still screwing around with their Digimon card names! (Printing Sakkakumon's Japanese name (Sephirothmon) in the English version).
Sephirothmon's design is literallyy the 10 Sephiroth of Kabbala
@@flaccidpancake336 I'm aware of that and that's NOT the point I was making. You are unaware that Bandai America makes changes to certain names because of religious references. The Sephiroth is a religious reference, therefore the need to change it, with they did for the dub of Frontier into Sakkakumon (from Sakkaku the Japanese word of hallucination due to the Digimon creating illusions in the show). Bandai America at present unfortunately in the English version of the card game, messes up some of the Digimon official English dub names for the Japanese ones.
