Im pretty sure Imada-san figured out Steven was left handed when he poured the sake. And that's why the nigiris are placed differently for him, facing sw->ne. And the only reason they do this is because it's the easiest for the guest to grab it. The level of service from Japan makes me envy their eye to detail so much. Taking so many mental notes.

dude this place cost u 15,000 yen an hour just to sit there....im pretty sure theres a reason why sushi san's customer service and human interaction skills are in a class of its own....
in regular dining places, u punch ur order into a vending machine, insert ur money and the worker places the bowl of ramen in front of u, yanks down the bamboo curtain leaving u to eat alone inside a 8 by 8 cubicle.

It's very similar to The Wonton Don having his own channel separate from Barstool Sports. Highly recommend checking out that channel if you like travel stuff. But it's definitely a lot more of a degenerate show lmao. That's what gives it such charm. I'd start with the video of Donny trying to sneak beer into a Shanghai Sharks game. It's hysterical.

Japanese food really captivates me. Just the care, style, and personality that go into them is just awe-inspiring.I think out of all the dishes, there's 3 that I really want to try someday: actual ramen, not just noodles and broth like a broke college student; hotpot, especially for how it brings people together; and sushi. I think I had a vegetable or imitation crab California-style roll once, but it was just one, and all the way back in 2014. I've eyed pre-packaged sushi in the store before, but it's always spicy, and I'm at the spice tolerance level where ketchup burns a bit, but I still eat it. Someday, I hope to fulfill my food dreams.
