Steph's areas of expertise are shooting, footwork, ball skills and the fundamentals of netball. In this video Steph Wood shares her top tips for the step back shot.
Steph Wood started playing netball at the age of 8, but first fell in love with Netball when she was 6 years old, when she used to watch her sisters play. Steph loves how netball gives her the opportunity to train and play with amazing people all working towards a common goal. Steph says the best thing about coaching is seeing the faces of the athletes when they realise they can do it!
