Hello Mr. Golden, I am going through a transition and your videos are very resourceful. I especially like them because they are Bible-based. I built a nonprofit in my home country that failed few years after I traveled to study in Germany, but I am hoping to build a social enterprise to help poor women in my country, Liberia, and immigrant single moms become financially secure- life is terrible for ordinary immigrants where I live in Germany, people who do not have intimate/ special relationships with natives, or affiliation with special groups are being strangulated, in my assessment. Immigrant social groups are basically an extension of the government/farnertity, therefore they can't offer protection. Thanks for the teachings

In the business of “offers”, is this effective in areas that don’t relate to someone making more money? For instance, how can someone gauge the value of an offer that isn’t relative to money - if you were to teach people a life skill that would help them become a better communicator or something along those lines, how would one gauge 10x worth 100x worth etc

When an individual flips houses for profit, they are called flippers. Cool, everyone likes their entrepreneurial spirit. When a group or corporation flips houses, they call it gentrification. Why because it is on a grand scale. Evidently this is Not cool. At what point, if I start as an individual flipper, then grow my company to higher employees, and we slap a name on my business, and goes out and flips neighborhoods, what is the "limit" to where I get a pat on the back "atta boy" to a slap in the face "how dare you!?"
