Beefs TV vibe is the best! I smiled the whole time, laughed out loud, actually said "oh, he died" and "smokified"... and, how about that slide blues guitar!
Gotta say, ya kinda killed it with the soundtrack on this one. I mean the old-school blues guitar was already perfect, then you went full-on next-level with the upbeat calypso, followed by classical orchestral for the slo-mo airs montage. Fantastic!

These videos,especially this compilation of wipeouts is like, the ultimate lesson in the laws of physics, hydrodynamics, and mother nature. Anyone who thinks they know the ocean well, will be severely schooled, just by watching this action, and then to actually be out there is the ultimate lesson in the power of water. Its hard to understand how many different types of wave action are happening in relation to one another every second.

What a great post. I lived in SD for a decade or so & we always thought of the Wedge as a body surfers spot. Good to see boogie borders & surfers trying to claim a few waves. That backwash is brutal tho. I wouldn't put my surfboards on that altar.
