- Camila Cabello joins Zane Lowe for an intimate conversation about her third studio album, ‘Familia.' Camila shares that this album has re-inspired her love for lyrics, and pushed her to be a more fully realized version of herself on and off stage. Rewatching this interview and in awe of how wise and candid Camila Cabello is. I wish Zane allowed her more time to actually explain the meaning behind each track. Why can't she get a full hour for a proper track by track discussion?

Zane's style of interviewing is so intimate and personable.... It just gives you all the feels, because he really cares about the process of creating art/music. Artist just express themselves so freely when they're in his presence.
I'm far from a Camila fan but I'm watching this interview because I want to understand her/forgive her for her past. Psycho Freak is what really got me interested in learning more.

@@wordlessly9544 I don't know those artist or their music. My comment was actually positive/progressive. Don't tell me (a black woman) how to feel about an artist who has a racist past. A lot of people within the black community don't f with Camilla. I on the other hand want to understand people like her because I actually like a few of her songs but it's hard for me to really embrace her music/her because she has this history. The interview made me realise she's grown a lot and is probably far from that ugly person she once was.
@@FAFash-wo9yg I am a black woman and I wouldn't push you to feel any way you don't want to yourself. But I have been riding with her since 2014 and have met her on so many occasions and i personally can vouch for the genuine, inclusive person she is. A lot of my friends from our community have been riding with her and still do and will do till we are here. It's also important to see her as a person and not the mistake. I don't want to dive into the gravity of it because for me it was a mistake done by a 13 year old who wasn't aware as much but did everything in her power to educate herself better , learn better and even before that has only been supportive and advocating our causes for years because she wants to and not because of any other intentions. So you do you , but defining someone for a mistake which most of it that has been advertised is fake , isn't fair.

She's such an angel. Just a beautiful soul and heart. I'm blown away. She deserves someone who would never even think of letting her go. I struggle with my mental health as well; due to unhealthy relationships for many years of my life. I've been recovering for almost two years now. Somebody just asked me out, and I was just mutual. I'm just not ready yet; he didn't even get my number. (He did ask me out at work). I've decided to focus on myself. If the guy continues to be more persistent that's great but I won't pursue a man. I feel like I'm beginning to value myself more and see my worth.
Camilla Cabello just taught me that it's ok to be playful and mature as the situation demands.
