no matter what the era , Suzuran is always leaderless . The crows school
They did had a leader, Tsukushima Hana. He's the only one that is both strong and has charisma, that's why he was able to unite Suzuran. The only one he wasn't able to defeat was Guriko. But then Guriko told (maybe threaten) everyone to join Hana because he inspires people. Thus becoming Suzuran's very first leader.
Even being leaderless, Suzuran is still a threat to other schools. If Suzuran ever gets a leader a unites itself, the rest is doomed

Golden era of Suzuran is from Crows Manga and Worst Manga. Because in Crows manga, the MC can go toe to toe with Rindaman. And in Worst manga, the MC was able to unite Suzuran and became it's very first leader.
