Try to start some business or find some employment or invest your money in some secure GIC investments. The downfall of Canada is coming soon . Many educated people are leaving Canada and trying to move to New Zealand, Australia, USA, Sweden ,Norway, Denmark , Finland. Don't be so abscessed with Canada. Life is very hard . Interest rates are very high, Extreme shortage of houses, grocery is very expensive, crimes and unemployment rates are increasing, Students taking the drugs many youngsters are commiting suicide. The money you bring in Canada is not worth. It takes very long time to make that amount of money you bring with you. Better to find some better business, Job or investment plans. At this time India is way better than Canada

I am a new follower of your CZcams channel. I’m Nigerian and I applied for a study permit after getting an admission to Holland College in PEI. Now though, IRCC haven’t yet approved nor denied my application and as such Holland College have rescinded my admission. Since my study permit application is still active with IRCC, can I use the webform to upload information about a new admission I have recently received from another DLI? or do I have to submit a whole new visa application? Bear in mind I currently have an active application with IRCC that hasn’t been approved yet.

you are not a person described in immigration legislation who can apply for this type of document from within canada. an application of this type must be made at a canadian visa office in another country

Then you need to take admission to long term course, then based on this course you can apply for study permit.
Isn't the time line for this method more than 6 months? Your vistor visa allows only 6 mths.
Thats why you need to plan everything ahead to time so that you can manage.
@CanVisaPathway doesn't seem realistic in the current condition...with the surge of applications, 6mths is not enough time to do a short course, apply to a dli, await a loa then apply for a study permit, wait for approval in that order.....you looking at a year minimum.
Thats not true , study permit processing time is only 6 weeks within canada.

You need to check courses which are approved by DLI, Please look for consultant who deals with it.

You need to get a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) from college or university. Then apply study permit like any foreign student (i.e., via IRCC portal). Be ready for SOP (statement of purpose) and proof of fund.

Depends on your profile, but I would say it will be hard to get visitor from outside of Canada as you need to convince Visa officer that why you want to study.
