My dad Has a master clock he kept from a Lodi California office when he worked for Western Union. Movement number is 59437. Can you tell me anything about this number. He wants me to sell it and give the money to my son. Can you tell me anything about its worth?

Hi, The movement from the master clock was made prior to 1908. Possibly a year or two before. I have a youtube video explaining that the clock movement serial number can not always date the clock itself. czcams.com/video/r8hl_N9Toww/video.html There were many different master clocks so very difficult to give you a value.
