The climate in this is mostly sahel savanna, and partly Guinea savanna....this means its relatively hot, frankly speaking, helmet will be really discomforting, however they have made it compulsory but enforcing it is hard because of the heat.
@@sidex4...Thank you for your reply. I'm not entirely convince though. The hot climate shouldn't be too much of excuses for not maintaining safety standard. I understand your point, yet some hot regions in the world, make it mandatory to use helmets while riding the motorcycle 🏍. Nonetheless it is Nigeria and I won't expect a high standard of health and safety policy.
Looks nice, but the extremists there are quick to kill non muslim nigerians for any small thing. Puts me off.
