It's taken Mark Robbins, 5 or 6 months to blend in ten new players, minus Gus and Vicktor to create a happy, rocking, winning team. The man is a genius! I fear it will not be long before a team like Manchester United realise that the best player man managers are here and they are right under their nose and they do not have foreign names! How long can City keep Mark Robbins, the man, the genius! I think every single citizen of Coventry and ex-pats, like me should cough up a pound a week to keep him better paid than Pep Guardiola!
Robins is going nowhere, he is one of the longest serving managers for a club in the entire football league and stated that he wanted to take a club to the premiership as a manager before he retires, that club is us! He walked when SISU tried to fob him off because he was serious with what he wanted to achieve with us and he could have walked so many times in the lowest depths of our despair but he didn't. This club is his legacy and the best is still yet to come.
We have 11 first team injuries and a paper thin squad at the moment so expected nothing from this game. Do think a full strength Boro side would have probably won quite comfortably, but we’ll never know! Congrats on the 3 points
Think we are a bogey team for your lot tbh mate, genuinely think you battered us for 20 mins but once we stepped it up a gear we dominated the game. I think even if you had Pele, Messi and Mbappe somehow we would have beat ya. We have Swansea City as our bogey team and once again the 90th minute they equalized against us. Goodluck to you lot tho.
