From personal experience sharing a few suggestions for both of you.
1. Avoid taking pre-ready injections. They are meant to be diluted at the time of consumption.
2. Caffeine is an enemy during fertility process.
3. Go for ICSI/ PICSI + blastocyst
4. After pickup, try to connect with your embryos telepathically. Exchange the energies and request your AA embryos to get implanted this time for a beautiful life.
5. Avoid intense work out for lower abdomen so that your ovaries don't get any stress or impact.

My mom and dad had me after 11 years of their marriage.... basically i was born through ivf process...this process is very hard for those who are facing.....and the most interesting fact is that my dad had preserved all the injection and medicine package as a memory.....now looking at all those packs i realise what the amount of mental and physical pressure my mum was going through...today I'm a 19 year-old have a great ambition of being a great doctor to do more research on advanced medical technologies...

I just started watching your Vlogs. I went through IVF 25 years ago. It’s a journey which is tough and no one will understand that process. But today I have a beautiful daughter who will be 25 in two weeks.

Some people are really insensitive! I am also going through this procedure and i know how painful and frustrating this is. And the worst part is when people keep asking you "what happened". And if we smile and go happy, people start judging us. It's a very difficult phase of life. I hope everyone going through this journey they succeed and get good news soon. All the best to you guys

Avinash sir bht ache se is baat ko understand krte hai....kyunki m bhi IVF treatment le rhi hu or ek chance faile bhi hua hai...or ye sch bhi hai is treatment m bht body changes hoti hai or fat bhi aata hai
it was really brave of both of u to come forward n share this and actually go through with so many pregnancies with such a strong mindset and still be jolly in the vlogs... btw from what I know exercising during an ivf is not the right thing to do but plz contact ur doctor and she/he will give the best advice... all the best n good luck

Here, these guys already have babies in their house and they are no less than humans.
Being childfree is the way to go now as we are already overpopulated.
I truly pray for this wonderful couple to get blessed with the success this time.... You guys are so genuine and you both deserve happiness in all aspects

I almost cried seeing this video. You guys are not alone. There are so many women these days fighting for the same. Even I have PCOS (31, married). We have never tried for a baby. But both of us are mentally strong. If something bad happens then we will go for ADOPTION. These kind of videos make us strong.

My son and especially bahurani went through a lot of pain to have a baby. Even though there was zero pressure from us . After trying all the options and almost having given up , God blessed them with a natural pregnancy after 8 years of marriage. Our darling granddaughter is 3 years now. This video was really unexpected, I've been a part of this family since a year and I did wonder about why aren't you guys having a baby but I never realised you've been struggling all these years. I must say you're really brave mentally and strong physically. You're really an inspiration to us. Please read the book " It starts with the egg" by Rebecca Fett. Its life changing for couples struggling with infertility. Also, avoid coffee and caffeine in general ( including chai, green tea, hot chocolate & dark chocolate). Caffeine can be a factor too for couples already struggling. Also, it takes 90 days( 3 months) for both egg and sperm to replenish in terms of quality, so if this cycle fails. I recommend you both to go on a clean healthy diet and avoid alcohol, caffeine, drink lots of water, meditate( try to lower stress because streas affects sperm and egg quality too). Also, sleep 8 hours minimum and don't watch mobile phone or TV or ipad 2 hours bwfore bedtime ( melatonin levels affect fertility too). Husband should avoid cycling and in general, both husband and wife should stick to low intensity exercises like walking and yoga. High intensity exercises can affect fertility. Good luck guys.
