The level of detail in the architecture of this city is INSANE there isn't one building or street that looks the same, every single inch of this world is so damn detailed, every district has such a unique art direction, design and atmosphere, everything has such an amazing feeling of scope and scale to it, and all of this without one single loading. I've never seen anything like it. To think that before this game they had never created a modern city in a video game, man the artists and designers of this city deserve a raise and a hell of a lot more recognition
The visuals are stunning, but the world still feels dead. If they had real AI on the characters so you could actually have real conversations and emotions inthe game this would feel almost like you are in the bladerunner world. Still waiting for this. Eg. When there is a shootout npc' should run for cover or attack, or scream maybe call the cops. What I see so far is pretty mundane immersion. Fingers crossed they implement something awesome! Still great work so far.
@@cuznerdexter i hope there will be better mod tools for this game that witcher never got. If u would have access to the game like in skyrim this game could be so damn good. People could make better ai, more realistic systems and overhauls, so many things could be perfected like people done in skyrim with mods.
@@ejro3063 mods doesnt make fps worse. Sadly we cant make game look better there is no good mod tools. All u see is luts and retextures that affect vram. Only mods that affect perofrmance is the improved or is it rain effect but tbh i prefere other rain mods the are lighter and looks better imo.
this is nothing hard to deal with for the system. what makes you think that is the hd rework textures for 4k or even more, while it sounds crazy it just uses up about 1.5gb more vram and loads it from video memory with no fps loss. all the looks and effects come from particular lighting mod or something called reshade and that is a simple recolour on top of the screen, these things have 0 fps hit to about 5-7 fps at best what I've seen. there are a few other things you can go for like ini tweaks but you can see it's really not taxing on the system.
This game is so boring and has zero soul. It just looks great, and that's it. If you play Metal Gear Solid on the PSX, you know exactly what I mean. The characters, the dialog, the STORY and the graphics are still amazing in terms of a "classic video game experience". Today, there are no classic video games anymore. There are only very bad "interactive movies" like Alan Wake 2. Terrible. The first Alan Wake was and still is AMAZING! Because it also delivers a classic video game experience. "Games" like Cyberpunk are so terrible boring because there is no soul. Know what? Please play Deus Ex on the PS2, it's 1000x better than Cyberpunk ;) Cheers.

They must have spent most of their time and resources on building the city instead of focusing on delivering a fun--or even playable--game.

I have a 4090, I get 85-100 fps in UHD with DLSS Performamce and Framegeneration.

there's ai fps upscaling now so I don't think there's a problem anymore. @@make1me
