He is a mixture of country and soul combined

I was lucky enough to see him at Red Rocks in Colorado. He was singing country songs but he included the Hootie songs. He is so talented and I love his voice

This album is too country and not enough 90s rock which is what Hootie was all about. Such a disappointing album for fans.
Darius Rucker is country, they sound like hootie but now they signed under Nashville so yeah the producers and engineers are use to making country albums. It's a solid album.
