@ClarkSantiago2024 hindi sila nag ask ng IELTS dun sa actual requirements pero nag upload lang din ako sa “others” section. Tapos isang month na utility bill just incase kelangan nila ng proof of address
Life in the UK tips , learning it from their youtube. There are around 15-16 episodes, they are most likely the same. Also purchase their book to add more references.

I didn’t submit my tenancy agreement but just my electric bill for proof of address. It didn’t really asked for it but I just uploaded it for supporting documents. Same with the flights, maybe not needed when they can also see the stamps on the passport but then again just to provide everything and not delay my application.
Hello po. Since you based the submission of you application 28 days before the decision date instead of arrival date, considered po ba yun stay outside of UK? And what requirement did you have to submit prove it po? Thank you

So what do we answer that question in the form when they ask ( how many years you lived in the Uk) should i put 5 years or 4 years and 11 months if im applying earlier?! hmmn I don't know what to advise. I think it was just optional anyway. I'm forgetting already but maybe if you have copies of your old BRPs then they might not need the reference numbers... maybe

Applying for ILR, What happens if the 180 allowance day is excesseded. Where my wife was 206 days overseas due to medical treatment? Is UK home Office allowing the over stay if evidence is submitted?

Date of decision is the “valid from” date on your visa. Date of application is I believe, the day you had your biometrics done
Thank you for replying. If my biometrics date is March 11 and the visa entry date is April 5, does that mean I could apply 28days before March 11, which is February 12?
@jenobodos8864 yes 28 days before your biometrics date. That’s what my friend did and she didn’t have any problems. But me, I used the date of decision

Hi po, I just want to ask. My decision was on 24/11/19, so can I apply on 24/11/24? Is that right? Also, a friend told me that I can combine my ILR and passport application since my partner is British?. Salamat po.
I believe you can even apply 28 days before 24/11/24, if they haven’t changed the rules yet. I’m not sure about the second question. I don’t know anyone who had the same situation.
What about English B1 are they asking for it ? Did you upload them ?

I think other applicants just used the stamps on the passport as proof but for me, I also submitted the email confirmation that I have received after booking the flights. You should probably still have it in your email if you still have access

Isa lang na COE tapos ung absenses ginawa ko lang ung letter tapos pina sign sa manager

Hi just one more question for the address proof how many documents you need to submit and do you need entire 5years or last 6 months or just 1 latest document of different bills enough?
As far as I remember, it didn’t really asked from the list of requirements but I just submitted the latest month bill only on the “other” section incase they want it. I just submitted a copy of my previous BRPs to prove that I was living and working in the UK in the last 5 years but then again, that was not asked from me too. I just submitted it incase. It’s a confusing part but there’s no harm in submitting more than enough

Hi, how are you , your youtube video helped us a lot in filling a family visa application , pls help us Consent form for the Home Office to verify application
Part 1 - signed by the applicant
Part 2 - signed by the partner who is sponsor because both have joint bill
Part 3 - can I leave blank, this is when a third party is financially supporting an application, but third party support is not allowed for a family visa so this part is not relevant

Hi, if it’s not applicable to you, you can leave it blank. I only signed Part 1 since that was the only applicable part for me.

Yes. I changed employer once after 1 year of working in the UK

Now what will be considered the submission date
Is it the date you submit the online application and upload documents or the date you give your biometrics
Because of we apply before we are eligible it going to be rejected
On the same time i want to apply online early so i can get a biometric appointment early also

@@ahmedmostafa2400the date of submit is when submit online . Thats the date of appl8cation not the appointment. So you can apply online and even take appointment even before the 5 years but not earlier than 28 days
