Finally, after 5 MINUTES, I realized that choice D was a paraphrase of the conclusion. Is the real exam really going to have such questions? I don't have 5 minutes!

@@abirshahid6233 I think it's because we're looking for an answer that focuses on the dirt being spread apart. Whether we get more dirt or less dirt from the multiple rivers, it doesn't guarantee that there will be an influx at different points. Choice B is focusing on the increase at volume, but the increase can be all in one location

@@speedytiles2132 logical completion/inference and detail questions for sure. Main idea/purpose/support the claim you look at the conclusion first.
I also found this qstn on Question bank but didn't get the solution even after analyzing few minutes 😂 shittiest qstn I've ever seen😂😂

B is wrong because if the sediments enter downstream of the sampling sites they are not part of the samples haha
