Hello! I feel you. You're not alone in this. I even go out of my way to be pleasant polite etc they still have something to say about it. It stings but I try to shift my focus like if I have to work with a crew who is against me from day one, I make my focus the money. Sure, it is psychological harmful, that's why I'm getting the money to buy me stuff I can build income streams that no longer involve so many other people around.
