- Thanks for sticking by me if you have this long, it means so much to me. I wanted to keep you guys in the loop and give you an honest life update on what's been going on. I hope you guys can understand.
It is really hard to be an animal advocate online & rehome a pet. There are a lot of negative people out there that just don't get it, and unfortunately the hamster care community can be a toxic place. Sometimes its best for the animal to rehome them. Turkey wasn't being handled - and likely feeling bored because of it. We didn't have a good bond, but luckily a lovely vet student took Turkey in. She sends me lots of updates and she's been able to start taming her. I feel thought this was a hard decision, it ended up being a good decision.

Aww Im so sorry to here about everything :( Maybe its all for the best though! I totally get the hamster biting thing, its so hard to get close to a hamster who bites you, but best of luck with your new hammy!
