Actually, I think this is way cooler. The shots are probably still coming from Gangplank's dreadnought, but just WAAAY up in outer space... which gives the ult more of a "death from above" feel than having the spaceship hover directly over their heads.

I love this skin, but personally, they should've made this alongside a Dreadnova Illaoi skin, just to rival GP while giving Illaoi her first skin outside of her initial release.

I don't think having no new voice should mean it can't be 1820. Mecha Kha'Zix has no new recall but thats 1820. And the ability fx changes here are much larger than lots of other 1820 skins. Personally i think it is deserving of a 1820 skin, because its better than Mecha Kha and Blackfrost Anivia.
